Pecorino bread

Rustic pecorino bread

(1 bread)




400 g bread flour
300 g rye flour
30 g yeast
4 dl milk, chilled
2 eggs

2 tsp virgin olive oil 

2 tsp grated pecorino cheese
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt



1. Dissolve the yeast in chilled milk in a large bowl 
2. Add the rest of the ingredients; the flours, cheese, turmeric, oil, eggs, salt and mix it al.
3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and sprinkle on some flour.
4. Allow the dough to rise for about 1 hour.

5. Turn the dough out on the lightly floured, lined baking dish.
6. Bake the bread in the oven at 225°C for approx. 25 min.


The recipe is just as delicious made with LACTOSAN Cheese Powder and SANOVO Egg Powder
