Recipe of the season summer

Try this delicious Pavlova with strawberries from LACTOSAN-SANOVO Ingredients Group


(This dough makes 1 Pavlova)

4 egg whites
200 g icing sugar
1 tsp vinegar

300 g cream cheese
4 sp limoncello 
200 g icing sugar

Grated peel of 1 organic lemon
500 g strawberries
Fresh mint leaves


1. Beat egg whites stiff with vinegar, add the sugar when the whites are stiff and whip thoroughly.
2. Bake the pavlova, on a sugar sprinkled baking sheet, in the oven at 150°C for 50 min.
3. Stir the cream cheese with icing sugar and limoncello to a uniform mass and then add grated lemon peel.
4. Clean the strawberries and cut them in half.
5. Arrange the cake on a platter with the cream cheese cream, fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
