Report from Gulfood 2014


On 9 - 11 November 2014 LSIG exhibited at the GULFOOD MANUFACTURING EXHIBITON, Dubai.

This year the Gulfood exhibition was split into two separate exhibitions: Gulfood Food and Hospitality (in February) and Gulfood Manufacturing in November (focusing mainly on ingredients and machinery).


Gulfood Manufacturing is the biggest food and beve-rage processing event in the MEASA Region. It featured more than 1,100 exhibitors from 52 countries and 26,329 visitors from 156 countries!


LSIG was part of our distributors’ stand - Food Speciality Ltd (FSL). Jesper Olsen, Inger Hansen and Marcus Jensen from Lactosan and Anders Wurcel from SANOVO participated. 



At this exhibition LACTOSAN high-lighted; Cheese Powders for ice-cream (see http://www.lactosan.com/page1800.aspx?recordid1800=57), bakery, cream fillings and processed cheese.


SANOVO re-launched the SANOVO Meringue mix and Topping under the name SANOVO SWEETMIXES.
