Research investments in the SANOVO EGG GROUP are being upped to stay ahead of customer demands. This will bring additional competences to the innovation team and reinforce important focus areas: process development and control, functionality and value-added products.
Many of our research activities already target convenience and cost-optimization. Furthermore, SANOVO EGG GROUP has established a strong cooperative relationship with leading bio-companies/universities in Denmark and China to investigate in i.e. enzymes and bioactive egg protein components.
Our R&D centres are located at our HQ in Denmark and at our new processing plant in China. To highlight the importance and the focus that SANOVO EGG GROUP puts into R&D, the unit is now headed by Henrik Pedersen (picture), CEO, supported by Wayne Lieu, Managing Director of OVODAN FOODS, in the SANOVO R&D steering committee.
